Visiting us from 19th July 2021:
We're so happy to be welcoming brides to the studio for appointments again, and so joyous to be discussing weddings with a sense of positivity and excitement in the air!
Although government rules have relaxed from 19th July 2021, due to the ongoing situation with Covid, and because of the close contact we have with brides, we will be keeping some measures in place to ensure safety for both ourselves and our guests.
Please rest assured that no matter what the measures are, we fully intend to maintain the friendly, relaxed and welcoming experience that we pride ourselves on.
The following new measures will be in place for all appointments:
We will still wear masks during appointments when we are in close contact with guests (always in the changing room with the bride and if social distancing can't be maintained.
Face masks are requested to be worn by the bride and all guests on arrival, whilst browsing the dresses and when social distancing cannot be maintained, such as in the fitting room with the stylist. They can be removed whilst seated and once the dress is on and the stylist has left the fitting room. Please bring your own mask with you.
The showroom will be sanitised between each appointment.
Brides are able to bring a maximum of 3 guests to their appointment.
There is a sink directly outside the showroom entrance which is available for handwashing, should you wish to use this.
Hand sanitiser will be available during the appointment.
Social distancing will be followed as much as possible throughout the appointment.
I kindly request all guests to confirm they have not been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 symptoms prior to your appointment, and have not recently had any symptoms or felt unwell yourself
As always, if you need to reschedule for any reason I kindly ask you to give as much notice as possible (ideally at least 24 hours notice).
The showroom is open by appointment only, so please fill in the form to let me know your preferred date and I'll get you booked in.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding - all measures are for the safety of all involved, and if you have any concerns at all please let us know prior to your appointment. If there's anything we can do to make you more comfortable that is not mentioned above, please don't hesitate to let us know prior to your appointment
Thank you, Kerri xx
How to find us:
The showroom is located on the top floor inside Bridge Mill, which is next to the main square in Hebden Bridge. Come up the stairs next to ‘Lucy & The Caterpillar’ vintage shop, once inside the mill come up the next set of stairs, walk straight forwards past ‘Antiques & Oriental’ then turn left and up the final (short) set of stairs and turn back on yourself to find us.
Please take your time coming up the stairs, and please call me if you or your guests need any assistance. Unfortunately as the mill is very old there is no wheelchair access - if this is an issue please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate you.
If you have any queries please get in touch at email@example.com
