We are not currently open for appointments due to Lockdown 3.0.
Currently booking appointments from March 2021, or can happily offer virtual appointments in the meantime if you'd like to have a look through our collection via video call. please email for more info.
Once government restrictions allow us to open again, you’re more than welcome to visit the showroom, based in Hebden Bridge, to try on the collection and see the gowns in real life! I love having brides here, it's one of the most fun parts of planning your wedding, so I would love to be a part of your experience.
Following the current Covid-19 pandemic I’ve had to make some changes in order to implement safety measures during your visit. As seriously as I take the situation and our responsibility to put both customers' and staff safety at the forefront, I fully intend to maintain the friendly, relaxed and welcoming experience that I pride myself on.
The following new measures will be in place for all appointments:
Appointments are 1.5 hours long, with 1 hour between each appointment to allow for cleaning
The showroom will be thoroughly cleaned between each appointment, and all dresses touched/worn will be steamed
Brides are requested to bring 1 guest only to their appointment
There is a sink directly outside the showroom entrance which will be stocked with soap where you are welcome to wash your hands before/after your appointment
Hand sanitiser will be available during the appointment, all visitors are requested to use this on arrival and before leaving the showroom (and encouraged to use it throughout appointment as needed)
Social distancing will be followed as much as possible throughout the appointment
Face masks are to be worn by all guests and the stylist throughout the appointment. Please bring your own mask with you
The stylist (usually myself) would usually come into the fitting room to help the bride in/out of each dress. This is still possible, however if you would prefer to have your guest help you instead please just let me know
Unfortunately my usual offering of refreshments (prosecco/water/tea/coffee) won't be available, however you are more than welcome to bring your own drinks, but you will need to bring your own glassware, and are requested to take all empty bottles/glasses away with you
Unfortunately toilet facilities are not currently available within the Mill
I kindly request all guests to confirm they have not been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 symptoms prior to your appointment, and have not recently had any symptoms or felt unwell yourself
As always, if you need to reschedule for any reason I kindly ask you to give as much notice as possible (ideally at least 24 hours notice)
The showroom is open by appointment only, so please fill in the form to let me know your preferred date and I'll get you booked in.
Thank you so much for your patience as I try to navigate during these uncertain times, all measures are for the safety of all involved, and if you have any concerns at all please let me know prior to your appointment. If there's anything I can do to make you more comfortable that is not mentioned above, please don't hesitate to let me know prior to your appointment
Thank you, Kerri xx
How to find us:
The showroom is located on the top floor inside Bridge Mill, which is next to the main square in Hebden Bridge. Come up the stairs next to ‘Lucy & The Caterpillar’ vintage shop, once inside the mill come up the next set of stairs, walk straight forwards past ‘Antiques & Oriental’ then turn left and up the final (short) set of stairs and turn back on yourself to find us.
Please take your time coming up the stairs, and please call me if you or your guests need any assistance. Unfortunately as the mill is very old there is no wheelchair access - if this is an issue please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate you.
If you have any queries please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
